Keep in mind that a whole generation of computer users read text with no special complaints at TV resolutions on their C64's and Apple ]['s. PalmPilots are quite usable at 160x160 monochrome. The reason I say this is because there really *aren't* any decent options for "high" res HMDs. While this is a bad situation, my point is that it's not a fatal flaw... people did decent work for years and years on displays comparable to the current crop of 320x240 M1/LitEye HMDs.
