small windows 95 machine

I would like to build a windows 95 hand held. The pc 104 standard
looks like a nice plateform. Basically, I want a really small windows
95 machine, something along the size of my HP 48 graphing calculator.
I have checked around and have not found anything that has this level
of functionality at this size form factor. The closes thing is a
Norand 603 hand held computer (too expensive). I have considered
trying to retrofit a PC 104 into a Janus 2020 with a Pc 104.... That
would be realy nice because the unit would already have a power supply
and a full keyboard. The size of the Janus case is about that of a
graphing calculator. The screen is grey scale 320 x 200 VGA
compatible. I have very little experience with designing electronics,
but I am willing to try. Does anyone make a machine that has these
dimensions? Any advice on building one?
