Gregory Pfeil(pfeilgm@jmu.edu) was working on this and was pretty close
to finishing.  You might want to get ahold of his latest version (if you
can't get a hold of Greg, Steve Mann had a copy of what he was working
on). He was quite busy and had to put off finishing it until November
(this month).
