REALLY fast Analog chips

Hi all,
	does anybody know the details of some available ADC and DAC chips used
inside computer monitors? i.e. where the heck do you find chips to do
upwards of 110 million samples (1280 x 1024 x 85Hz) not that I need to
quite these speeds though
