to contribute a little more than a silly remark, i picked up one of the
M1s from tekgear when they had some demo/imperfect models.  mine had
"small debris in lense" and turned out to be perfectly useable, although
the headband that came with it was removed within about 10 minutes of
opening the box.

in other wearable consumer news..  found those RCA batteries at walmart
but for $25, and they only had one, have yet to decide if it is worth
carrying them all around instead of two 950s (which I have yet to buy
either, mind you) which are fairly well priced at www.video-direct.com.
