There are several in and around San Jose, with a different theme for each. I'm rather fond of the marble-tiled one in Sunnyvale, off of Lawrence Exp. and Arques (near US101). Not really related, but there's NASA/Ames Research Center on Moffett Field, at US101 and Moffett Blvd. also in Sunnyvale/Mountain View. There's the Tech Museum of Innovation in downtown San Jose, at Park and Market. There's an IMAX theatre there, BTW, featuring Fantasia 2000.
