The Reflective Active Matrix LCD (RAMLCD) is a single crystal
silicon based active matrix liquid crystal display. Varitronix'
proprietary RAMLCD technology offers high resolution, high
quality reflective microdisplay for wide range of products with
magnified direct view and projection applications. The following
are the specifications of a device with 1) 704 x 576 and 2) 1024 x
768 pixel resolution presently available. VGA and SVGA format
will soon be available.
