Yep.

All Scenix SX series. http://www.scenix.com/

Many of Microchip's PIC line.  Watch which Pins you hook the LEDs 
up to, some in the line have higher mA handling that others, and 
not all pins on a chip can handle the same I/O currents.

Many Motorola MCUs also have high enough pin IO currents.

Both the PIC and Motorola CPUs would be easier to work with because 
many of them have built in RS232 compatible serial IO.  The Scenix 
SX18AC and SX28AC don't have serial ports but can bit bang a serial 
port in software quite easily without using up much CPU cycles.
