Just browsing around Jumptec's site I cam across their new ETX embedded PC
module.

A few of the more interesting specs (from the pdf docs):
- dimensions: 100x114x10mm (~3.9x4.5x0.4")
- power consumption: 5.8W (5V supply)
...it's only a Pentium MMX 266, however...
- ATI RAGE MOBILITY AGP video controller
-- 4 or 8MB video ram on-chip
-- LCD and/or CRT out
-- DVD hardware decoder (yaaay! :-)
-- MPEG-2 hardware decoder
-- 2D/3D acceleration
- SoundBlaster compatible onboard
- 10/100Base-T ethernet
- three USB ports

Andrew.
