So what displays does everyone use?  What are my options?  I am looking for
a display but don't see that many options.  At minimum I'd like around
320x240 resolution and grayscale.  How much would that cost?  Where can I
get displays like this?

	You may be SOL for the HMD if you need high res and high color,
but there are alternatives (trade off being res and color).  What's
important to you?
