Glasstron S700 can be obtained used for just over $1000 or just over $2000 new. That does not include a battery, which is $75 to $145 new. Glasstron has numerous drawbacks, but is a high-quality 600-800 SVGA ready HMD. It is encumbering, power consumptive, and significantly reduces vision. There are a couple of hacks that can be done easily, though, and it is a complete ready-to-use package. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joseph Near" <> To: "Wear Hard" <
