5 hours min. is what I get from it. I pack 2 960's. I have it hooked
to a jumtec mops lcd6 P166 with 64 meg, a procom (toshiba innards)
4gig hdd(eats more power that its newer cousins), a sound board from
diamond and an M1. I now power the M1 from a second datel which gets
its power from the power tap on the board. (So 5 hours off one 960
does include the M1 as well.) I find using a seporate datel gets a
few more minutes of run time (literaly 5 hours 10min vs 4 hours 50
min. in my usage test for my kind of use ). I have only done that
recently, for quite some time I powered the M1 from the same datel as
the rest of the rig (4 hours, 50 min in the controled test). I
started doing the separate datel when I played with the P266 version
of the mops lcd 6. I went back to the P166 for the extra battery life
(about 45 min./day) and less heat. I still debate that choice.

I am hoping to get to play with a disk-on-chip as my root and tmp
partition with the mechanical hdd spun down most of the time, if that
works well I may go back to the P266. I just really like the "on
before breakfast, change batterys at dinner" that 10 hours+ gives me.
On 2 occations, the P266 died on me on the walk home ( 9.5 hours in to
the run) and I decided to go back to the P166.
