The D01 series is a little smaller than ps/2 connetors. Check out
www.hypertronics.com.  I have used the 3, 4 and 9 pin (for vga) D01
series connectors.  The 3 and 4 are easy to put together using some
needle nose pliers.  The 9 pin needs some kind of insertion tool or
aid.  I was able to carve down a cheap insertion tool from radio shack
to do the job for my first few 9 pin connectors, but I eventually
broke down and got a hold of the actual insertion tool hypertronics
makes.  Unfortunatly, they charge around $150 for it!
