flash memory update: 800Mb PCMCIA2 etc.

Recently some new flash memory capacities hit the streets, meaning they
are now purchasable retail (prices from buy.com):

Sandisk:                                    Previous maximum in category

192MB type I  (3.5mm) compactflash $364     128MB (Sandisk, Simple)

Simple Technology:

320MB type II (5mm)   compactflash $1,087   160MB (Sandisk)
800MB type II         PCMCIA       $1,611   440MB (Sandisk)
1GB   type III        PCMCIA       $2,138   N/A

(1GB here means 1,024MB) 

Announced as out but yet to hit the streets: 300MB CFII, 1.2GB PCMCIA2,
and 1.6GB PCMCIA3 (all Sandisk).
