CPD question

I know people are using CDPD with linux, what service provider are you
using as I found this little tidbit at the bottom of GoAmerica.com's site:

"An additional $0.10/kilobyte fee will be assessed for usage generated by
non-GoAmerica provided software. "

ie. non win95/98/CE PalmOS device/OS

does BAM or AT&T do this too?
