It's the same length and width as the PCM-5822 (approx 4x6 inches) but I suspect it may be a bit higher than PCM-5822 due to the way that connectors are stacked. One nice thing about this SBC is that is has a PCMCIA slot onboard. Although the web site shows both DiskOnChip and CF socket, I think Matt said his doesn't actually have the CF socket. I believe Matt said price was somewhere in the $500-$600 range. It looks like they now have a dual ethernet version: http://www.lannerinc.com/em-351.htm After looking at your post though, I realized that you were not referring to the EM-350 but the PC-2553: http://www.lannerinc.com/pc-2553.htm This DOES look interesting, the footprint is only 3.5 x 3.8 inches yet it has audio onboard. I think this is the smallest multimedia SBC I have seen, even smaller than the Adastra ETX-P1. The only problems I can see are the MediaGX audio problems (no recording) and the power consumption issues that seem to plague all of the multimedia SBCs. If you find in any pricing info on the PC-2553 please let us know. If I was starting over with a multimedia SBC I would probably consider the PC-2553 since it reduces the size by a couple on inches length wise relative to the PCM-5822. BTW I have been trying to do audio recording tests on the MediaGX (PCM-5822) and also the OSS audio drivers.
