this might not help as I am not in the US and know nothing about BAM or
CDMA!!, but ssh runs over tcp, as long as the isp provides a tcp access
for programs (such as telnet, web browser, I have no idea why they
wouldn't!) then ssh should work as long as they don;t have a firewall
blocking access to port 22 (ssh).
