I just got the password and url:

To access the MachZ Data Book go to the following ftp address. When
prompted, type in the password.  The MachZ Data Book is 2.6MB zipped and
6.6MB unzipped in PDF format.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open
the file.
