They're not wearable computers, but they are so close. Check out Casio's

There's a wrist watch PIM/text browser, a wearable mp3 player, and a
wearable digital camera. All come with USB ports and/or IR tranceivers
which can tranfer data to/from a pc or other watches. They also have
nice long battery lifes (6-18 months). There's also mention of a GPS
watch, which I haven't seen yet.
