I assume that you just want to make it 'look' like you have a car alarm,
you could try the flashing LED kit. RAdioshack, (you've got questions
we've got answers (but we are out so we will have to order some, allow 4-6
weeks for delivery)) also sells a fake blinking car alarm for like 12$.
