Just because the contents of a work I write ends up on a hotmail users account, dosen't change it's copyright ownership or the rights I have to control it's distribution. On the other hand, flood their EMail support address with complaints about their terms of service. Also make sure you spread the word far and wide to any news outlet and senator/representitive you know of.
