Okay, all of you know that I'm talking about, I'll assume, but here's a quick recap just in case: Mattel released an accessory for the NES called the Power Glove. It's pretty much a ringmouse with finger position capabilities for 3 fingers and a thumb. Same ultrasonic system and all. I know that ultrasonics tend to make for overly bulky, unmanageable interfaces for wearables, but I'm thinking about doing it anyway. The idea isn't to make it a pointing device, but to have the wearable track my arm, hand, and finger movements and record them over the course of the day. As such, I don't need extremely high resolution, so if I can shrink down (read: take a hacksaw to) the ultrasound frame, it just might be doable. Here's the problem. There's at least 4 or 5 different interfaces to the Power Glove for the PC. Does anyone here know which would work best? Even better, does anyone know where I can get one of the old interface boxes? I'd rather not build it myself, since this is really a one shot, and this is the only glove I'll be able to get for a while (saving up for a twiddler 2 next).
