It shouldn't be crazy difficult to do with linux...

With windows.. well.. you could have a microcontroller take values in one
serial port.. if you got the serial port powerglove interface and output
out the other port serial mouse codes..

or maybe someone has writtne a driver, but I can't find one yet.
