I am tried uderclock my K6-166 to 120MHz but I think that temperature
unchanged.
Better way is use good pasive cooler with 1 or 2 small fans.

My K6-166 running at 240 MHz good without system crashing (but with big
cooler).
Temperature is about 35C (idle) - 43C (MP3 encoding)
