There's no point in being knowledgeable about cryptography, as packages
already exist:

which also runs on Unix (see same URL). No need to reinvent the wheel.

The question I'm asking is that how many people are actually running this
and similiar packages on their wearable, using audio across wireless modem
links?

If the user base is not there, isolated occurences are useless.
