Unfortunately, Intel's site doesn't have too much info on power draw -- I don't expect it to be much, but it does have a lot on those boards, including the CPLD's. One thing to note, however, is that this setup won't come cheap... I poked at a couple of the listed distributors, and the only one who gave any pricing info on line at all wanted $2600 for the companion board kit, and wouldn't even quote a price on the system board. Nice toys if you can get them...
