Daniel, yours's been sitting here waiting for you to verify your address
so I can mail it to you for some time.

Can you PLEASE do so so I can mail it?  I'd rather NOT just drop it in
the mail and hope that I have the correct address for you written on the
box.

Please let me know.  (I'm wondering why some people do get my e-mails
and others not!?)  Sent to list so I know if this got out.
