My PCM-5822 running RH 7.1 hasn't recovered from any attempt to sleep. I'm not sure what I'm missing. > One last comment -- I've said this before -- if you are using > PCM-5822 you need to find a way to brace the DB15 VGA connector. > It can break very easily. The faceplate appears to be the only difference between the chassis and comes off separate from the rest of the chassis. Since the faceplate mount uses the screw down bolts of each connector this would give you a bit more strength since all the connectors would be share the load. I've been very happy using the full chassis for the PCM-5822. Yes, it's a bit bulky. But, it should fit into a Scott eVest and works just fine mounted to a military web belt. I'm getting a Scott eVest for my birthday in October (gives my wife something to buy which she knows I haven't just gone out to get myself). I was thinking of putting the PCM-5822 in the left pocket, the PS-50 (the matching powersupply chassis) in the right pocket, and a battery in each breast pocket. I'll still have room to place all my other accessories (GPS, Cy-Visor control unit, twiddler, etc.). > -- Doug -Freeman -- Subscription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with subject of "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" to
