Transmeta Cursoe TM3200
Looks nice, 3.5"HD footprint, CompactFlash II socket. Unfortunately no
PC-104+ bus interface, just PC-104.
Nice:

"The ICP Electronics "Wafer 6820" is a 3.5-inch disk drive
form-factor single board computer for embedded applications,
based on the 400MHz Transmeta Crusoe TM3200 processor. It has
built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, LCD/CRT VGA, Audio, and a full
set of PC system interfaces and features. See photo. The board
is supported under Linux and Embedded Linux."
I found more data here:

A google search on "wafer-6820" brings up alot of hits.
