I've got a Fujitsu Stylistic 1200 I'm using for a portable wireless
webcam:

The 1200 has a built-in shock-mounted hard drive.  The 1000 (and 500 I
think) only has PCMCIA hard drives, but of course you could use FLASH,
sansdisk, etc.
