Hi Roberto, I picked the lcd up off of eBay for about $80. Parts Express (www.partsexpress.com) was the seller. Model number is 205-050 4" Video Module. The LCD is intended to be used in automotive applications, but works great for me & was cheap. I split the display up from the control board (it unscrews) and then fed the connections through the bag so as to separate their compartments (to make it fit better within the bag). The display requires a DC 12V 500mA power source. It tolerates from 10~18V. To power the display, I soldered an 8-pack AA battery holder to the board's power connectors. So far I have run it for 2 hours with no problem. -Mel -----Original Message----- From: Roberto C. [mailto:] Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2001 12:25 AM To:
Subject: Questions regarding your pursed Cappuccino.. Melanie: What make of LCD did you end up using for this project, and what distributor [if you got it direct from on] supplied it? Were you able to stuff some batteries into the package? If so, what type of batteries did you use, and how long are you able to work off of them? Thanks... Sincerely, RCamama _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
