One box for the batteries (later separated into charger+dc-regulator and 2 battery-boxes) and one (maybe thinned) for the SBC+display-controller+hdd,... . I'm just not shure about the display but I think I'll take it apart some time after ISWC, make the lens adjustable (by using motherboard-spacers that can be turned to adjust all 4 edges of lens and display), replace the mirror with a half-silvered one and once everything is perfect build a case of plastic.
