looking for a stereo HMD

could anyone give me some helpfull advice?
i am looking for a see-through HMD to run in stereo mode, SVGA with 800x600 Res.
we want to build up a wearable AR- System, and stereo mode is necessairy for the perception of depht. 
Can anybody recommend some video glasses?
