I have a few questions in regard to the 16C63.. the packaging I have is the ND-JW. I have kept the code protect OFF as I was informed this will damage the chip prior to my purchase. Is this a write once device or can it be erased either by a programming software or UV. Also, I'm assuming the hex code is ASCII HEX vs Intel HEX.
