Is it illegal to save realtime transcriptions of privately streamed audio (non recorded) of a police officer? This is something a wearable computer could do someday (well, NatSpeak 5.0 can sorta already.. better than nothing). Wait a second.. what does the NSA/jails use to datamind cellphone calls? I guess they have a grammar for important words.. unless they have a superior dication mode that is better than NatSpeak 5.0, which I doubt. > You can video tape anyone on the street.
