1.5 is pretty good!
The problem with the EM-350 lay out is that the CF and PCMCIA are stacked on
the bottom of the board, while the VGA, USB, ect are on top, making it thick
in a not so obvious (or easy to deal with) way.

I haven't gotten it yet, but from the PDF's it shows the daughter board is as
being small, in fact only big enough to hold the needed connectors.
It is connected to the main board with a ribbon cable (that I'm probably going
to need to lengthen.. it looks only a few inches long)
The PC-2553 I think can been seen in 2 different ways..
1) If you don't want the bulk of standard connectors.. the pin layouts are there
for you to hack to your hearts content.. serial, USB, ps2, ect..

2) If you aren't into custom connectors, it's pretty damn useless without the
optional $18 daughter board and cable set

I probably fall into #2 right now, but I've heard others (Doug mostly :)
wanting for an easily hackable board to get rid of those big ugly connectors.
This may be it.. I'll know more later this month...
