It's easy to connect the 8-bit bus, but not so easy to do the 16-bit. For the 8-bit bus you just need a length of 64 conductor ribbon cable (not sure of size offhand but it's the same as for an IDE or older SCSI cable) and two matching socket ends. To connect the full 16-bit bus you need another connector (this one 34 conductor I think) to connect the other section of pins. However, physically it's a little tough to get to fit since you need to somehow get one flat cable to go "through" the other to get to the adjacent connector. It's a little hard to describe, but if you try it you'll immediately see what I mean. I think you may be able to work something by separating the conductors of the two ribbons and interweaving them somehow, but have not tried it.
