Even before 9/11, one of our borgs had a nice run-in with a low-key but quite serious airport security swat team after people evidently reported his HUD as suspicious-looking. No problems in the end, though, after giving them a quick demo. But basically I'd say that at this point in time, you'd be crazy to try to walk on board a plane with a bunch of weird electronic stuff strapped to your body.
