Correction, j'ai trouv=E9 un composant qui chauffe, ouille ! C'est le composant mic2563a, "Dual Slot PCMCIA/CardBus Power Controler"= , mais les datasheet donne 125=B0C comme temp=E9rature de fonctionnement = =2E.. Une temp=E9rature =E9lev=E9e a donc l'air normale. En refroidissant le chips avec une languette de m=E9tal pos=E9e sur le boitier, j'obtiens de dur=E9es de fonctionnement un peu plus longue, ma= is cependant, l'autre face du chips (c=F4t=E9 pcb, c'est dire) reste chaud= e. J'ai l'impression que le probl=E8me vient de l=E0. Le mic2365a poss=E8d= e une protection thermique qui se d=E9clenche. Pourquoi cela surchauffe-t= -il ? Myst=E8re ...
