Current users registered with the Jabber server on perilith.com are
"3dp," "dax," "flibble," "suran" and "vito."

I'll see if I can dig up a local search agent or something, so I don't
have to keep checking Jabber's internal roster. :)

Also, I was cleaning out some paper files, and found an September 2000
article from Linux Journal discussing Jabber and it's use and
application in embedded systems. While the article specifically refers
to things like X10 and Linux-embedded appliances, it's not a big leap to
jump to wearable presence and the like, as we've been discussing here.

Make sure you View Source on Table 1, the Jabber Architecture Connection
Map, as the lack of PRE tags makes the HTML not render correctly. Also,
be sure to read "Jeremie's Big Picture" and "Bringing it Home: Jabber's
Jeremie on Instant Messaging and Embedded Linux" to further see Jabber's
applications, and get you going on wearable tangents. I can also scan
and DjVu the print article if anyone wants it.
