sorry about replying to-list on that, I saw the option to use the reply to and just assumed, it was late :) those 2.2 QVGA displays though - those I can think of a plethora of great uses for. mmmm. I could only see using them one-high though, which only gets you 240 pixels deep - good for modified apps, not so good for general computing... however, slap them in a 1x2 or 1x3, and you can get an extremely usable chunk of your average screen - add something to 'hop' vertically and you could run 640x480(2 screens, 2 virtual screen slices) or 960x720 (3 as previous). Still, 320x240 is plenty for many things as long as it's programmed to work well that way. I think you can get around 60 characters across, readable, right? probably would want to go with just 40 to get some nice truly readable fonts out of it... so 2 panels gives you a standard 80 column display. hmm. oh the possibilities. -Martin -- Subscription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with subject of "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" toWear-Hard Mailing List Archive (searchable): http://wearables.blu.org Please, *PLEASE* don't subscribe through a forward/expander/false domain
