install /temp vs /tmp blunder

From: Rick Jones <>

I'm glad I've scarcely run the system.. I accidently
created a /temp on the HD.. so the system created a
/tmp on the compact flash.

Should I just use disk druid to delete the /temp and
create a new /tmp.. what else will I need to do to
get linux to recognize the new /tmp directory.

Rick
