"omron" VFD?

Hi,

I have one "omron" display with 4 chips OKI M5299A and 2 chips OKI M5298A.
Do anybody know anything about these chips - like, where I can find
datasheets, or anything about this display?
It loos to be VFD display, but I do not know anything about it, like pinouts
etc...
