It's certainly possible in some manner, since my Crusoe-based Casio
Fiva came with Win98 installed, and it takes advantage of LongRun.

I don't know whether it's (easily) possible to retrofit that onto a
stock Win98 installation, though... Casio is almost certainly using
some sort of OEM variant.
