	Giving yourself an extra sense (the ability to see into
an "invisible" spectrum) does not sufficiently rock you?  :)

	Seriously though, it's really just a preliminary.

	First I need to put together a successful test EyeTap, and while
I'm at it, I want the camera to be IR-sensitive enough so that an IR
laser is picked up.

	An EyeTap will be useful in it's own right, but having a private
(well not really private - but at least covert) and shared means of
signalling or tagging between you and the computer - with a real-world
association by nature - might be useful (keep in mind the computer can
also use an IR laser to YOU; not just you to the computer).  Of course it
also might not be useful/workable, but that's part of what I hope to find
out.
