Ummmmm not to burst your bubble or steer you in the wrong direction but umm...... That really doesn't sound very practical. That's sorta why I'm not sure why cell phone text messaging is so popular. Anyways now days cell phones are approaching the standards for portable computing. Most newer cell phones have the capabilites of Palm Handhelds and therefore a cell phone is all that some people need. Nokia's new N-Gage is a 3D color gaming system combining the attributes of a console or portable gaming system along with other aspects of PDA's such as playing MP3's, Wireless web browsing (WAP), PC connecting capabilities, Bluetooth (and probably much more), and it even has space to put todays most popular personal accessory, your cell phone... Now, all of this seems pretty good compared to one of Samsung, Handspring, or Palm cell phone/PDA combos but the one thing that I think lacks in the N-Gage is the "easy data input". Touch screens and handwriting recognition is what brought Palm into this world (well actually handwriting recognition) but why isn't it as popular as cell phones??? because people are just too lazy. They want an all in one "fashionable" accessory that you can do almost anything with portable computing integrated with their cell phones. It is my belief that portable computing requires a much faster rate of input than a standard cell phone keypad. (hehe i've said the word "cell phone" in every sentence so far) Your welcome to try and see how it goes, and if it succeeds then we know what the people want and I will apologize for trying to discourage you. But in the event that it doesn't work out the way you planned, at least you can say you tried and that we got one less bug to smash, or idea down in our way to commmerical wearables. Anyways I hope it works out for anyone who tries.
