EPIA C3-800 vs. 733 Nehemiah

Hi guys,

I read about the EPIA 800's power consumption in the wear-hard
archives, and a couple of questions popped up in my head:

Reading some VIA datasheets, I concluded the following information:
* The 800 MHz C3 (Samuel 2 core): Specified average of 12.0W and a max
of 19.4W.
* The 733 MHz ESP7k (Nehemiah core): Specified average of 4.4W and a
max of 6.0W (although, if I've understood it correctly, you should be
getting 1-4.4W provided you have a HLT idle loop setting the CPU into
StopGrant/AutoHalt mode).

What I'd like to know, am I looking at the same CPU as the one in the
EPIA 800 measured in the figures below=3F

If so, could one expect the power usage is dropped by somewhere around
10W by using the 733MHz Nehemiah based CPU=3F (given the other components
draw just as much CPU as with the EPIA 800.)

That'd mean the system would use ~8W playing MP3s, or.. =3F

Thanks in advance,
