here is the motherboard I plan to use
http://www.advantech.com/products/Model_Detail.asp?model_id=1-D6LZW&bu=

I have decided on this mother board due to the fact
that it has most everything built in. I especialy like
the built in TV out. This way I wont have to worry
about getting a VGA to NTSC converter if I use an NTSC
HMD. The PC104 compatability is also nice if I decide
to expand.
