I looked in my archives (I'm still shopping for a
silent PC), and i found two products that could fit
the needs, and are both in the $400-500 range.

http://www.norhtec.com/products/gp/index.html
http://www.mini-box.com/m100.htm

The gp+ is 12x16x5 cm, and consumes 3.8W w/ SSD (peaks
at 7.5W with a HD); it is ready to accept 5V/1.8A
power. It's a 233 MHz SiS, which, according to them,
should be the equivalent of ~600 MHz x86 (has MMX).
The same company also offers other products, mostly
more powerful, and more power-hungry, and without
built-in TV-out.

The m100 is 22x20x4.4 cm, and "will run as long as
12Hours from a12V/7Ah battery". It already comes with
a DC-DC converter. I guess the figures are based on
the 533 Via Eden processor, and not the 800 MHz one :)

Both options aren't much costlier than using the
advantech board: They already have PSU, enclosures,
etc.

There are other Nehemiah-based products, but they tend
to be more expensive or use more power (the market is
obviously still interested mostly in AC silent pc).

HTH,
 Paul
