Due to my monitary situation I have been trying to
find a cheaper alternative to the twiddler. I will
probobly end up getting a widdler later on, but for
now I want to get a wearable up and running and
upgrade it later. I have been looking for stuff on
ebay. I found some old laptop trackballs on ebay. In
particular the logitech trackman. The trackball seems
small enough. So that takes care of a pointing device.
So then I had to worry about text input. I was looking
at "mini keyboards" on ebay, but it seems most of them
are not mini enough. Then I thought "hey how about an
on screen keyboard like on a PDA". So I did a search
for virtual keyboards and this is what I found.
http://www.lakefolks.org/cnt/ at the moment I am
downloading it(stupid slow dial up). So I haven't
tried it yet. But it seems like a decent option for
text input.
